Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in the region. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets.

About the Role:

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets for our PL/BL products in the assigned region. This involves developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and identifying new opportunities.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team. They will also be responsible for preparing and presenting sales reports and performance metrics, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Salary Range: ₹6-8 Lakhs per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets for PL/BL products in the assigned region.
  • Lead and motivate a sales team to ensure target achievement.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in PL/BL or similar products and team management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned area as needed.
