Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential sales leads, developing long-term relationships with customers, and persuading clients that our products best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.

Job Objectives:

  • Maximize customer potential in designated regions through effective sales and business development strategies.
  • Negotiate contract agreement terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
  • Meet existing customers and competitors on a regular basis to finalize our Komatsu and LTCEL products.
  • Provide technical knowledge and sales skills to support customers and ensure the successful sale of our products.

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3-7 years of relevant experience in selling construction equipment like excavators, compactors, and loaders. They will also possess strong technical knowledge of our products, effective communication skills, and the ability to maintain long-lasting relationships with all stakeholders.
