Account Manager Job Description

  5. Property Promotion: Marketing properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and open houses.
  6. Lead Generation: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and potential clients.
  7. Contract Management: Preparing and reviewing sales contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents.
  8. Negotiation: Negotiating terms and conditions of sales or lease agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
  9. Closing Process: Coordinating the closing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork and financial transactions are completed accurately and on time.
