Construction Equipment Business Development Manager

Larsen & Toubro, a leading engineering conglomerate in India, is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join its Construction and Mining Machinery division.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge of construction equipment, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential sales leads, developing business opportunities, and negotiating contract agreements.
You will also work closely with our dealers and customers to provide support and guidance on our products and services.
We offer a competitive salary of Rs. 12-18 lakhs per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including medical insurance, retirement plans, and training opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, with 3-7 years of relevant experience in selling construction equipment.
You should also possess strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
