About the Role

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a skilled Sales Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential sales leads, developing long-term relationships with customers, and persuading clients that our products best satisfy their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential sales leads and maximize customer potential in designated regions.
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Persuade clients that our product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
  • Negotiate contract agreement terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
  • Meet existing and competition customers, financiers on a regular basis to finalize our Komatsu and LTCEL Products as per our SOPS.
  • Guide our dealer Sales Engineers for finalization and product support.
  • Capture machine performance report and customer testimonials regularly.
  • Make concerted efforts to achieve the budgeted equipment sales numbers every quarter.

Requirements

  • B. Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3-7 years of relevant experience in selling construction equipment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of our products.
  • Ability to maintain long-lasting relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Effective communication-Written & Verbal (English, Hindi, Regional Language).
  • Confident, outgoing, attention to detail, perseverance, and endurance.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Teamworking and organizational skills.
