  • Quality Control: Monitor construction activities to ensure they adhere to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any technical issues that arise during the construction process.
  • Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.

Requirements

A B.Tech in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in real estate are required for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

A strong understanding of construction practices and a valid driver's license are preferred.
