Role: ServiceNow Architect

Experience Range: 10 – 15 Years

Location: Bangalore / Noida / Gurgoan

Must-Have:

• years of experience in ServiceNow - IT Operations Management, IT Service Management and Development.
• Experience in designing and developing ServiceNow solutions that include ServiceNow Scripting, workflows etc.
• Experience deploying and managing ServiceNow MID servers and configuring the same with the capabilities depending on type of Discovery.
• Troubleshooting the Discovery issues and issues related to MID Server and Instant decision making towards solution.
• Strong understanding of ITOM Module - Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, CSDM, Service Graph Connectors and Service Mapping.
• CMDB experience is must (good understanding of CI class, Reconciliation rules, normalization rules).
• Experience in ServiceNow integration with external systems specifically related to ITOM like Dynatrace, SCCM, Interlink BES
• Ability to consume multiple web services/imports and utilize their information throughout ServiceNow
• Experience in end to end configuration of ServiceNow Cloud Discovery (all the methods) - AWS and Azure preferred
• Adaptable to change and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving business value through technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT operations teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions within the ServiceNow ITOM framework.
• Configure ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management to automate and streamline IT operations processes.
• Develop custom applications, integrations, and workflows in ServiceNow to enhance IT operations capabilities and improve service delivery.
• Perform system configurations, data imports, and user management tasks in ServiceNow to ensure smooth operation of ITOM processes.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of ServiceNow ITOM solutions to maintain optimal system performance and reliability.
• Provide technical expertise and support to end users, administrators, and stakeholders on ServiceNow ITOM functionalities and best practices.
• Configure Discovery schedules and prioritize the discovery considering all the organizational factors.
• Configure End to End ServiceNow Cloud Discovery - AWS and Azure providers preffered.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend enhancements and improvements to ITOM processes.
• Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Customize and configure workflows, forms, fields, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and other ServiceNow components.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration data within the CMDB.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other monitoring tools and systems.
