Job Description:

As the Director of sales, you will be pivotal in generating new business for our service delivery operations. You will be responsible for ensuring and onboarding new accounts, working as a hunter, managing client relationships, and driving sales efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven IT service sales management track record, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the enterprise segment.

● Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals.

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and cultivating relationships with potential clients.

● Manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other teams to optimize sales strategies and drive business growth.

● Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inform

decision-making.

● Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand our network.

● Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent

preferred.

● Must have 14+ years of experience in sales

● Experience in large enterprise sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

● Experience in a leadership or managerial role, with demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team.

● Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation,

negotiation, and closing.

● Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish

credibility with clients at all levels.

● Results-oriented mindset focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and driving

business outcomes.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

● Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
