
Regional Growth Strategist

Job Title:
Drive business growth in a dynamic zone by leading Franchise Development, B2B onboarding, and Export Channel partnerships. Lead a team of professionals to identify and close strategic tie-ups with MSMEs, manufacturers, export houses, and global buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow Business Zones: Drive end-to-end business growth for the assigned zone.
- Lead Partnerships: Lead Franchise Development, B2B onboarding, and Export Channel partnerships.
- Manage Teams: Build, lead, and manage a dynamic on-ground & remote team.
- Closing Tie-Ups: Identify and close strategic tie-ups with MSMEs, manufacturers, export houses, and global buyers.
Requirements:
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in eCommerce, B2B Sales, Export, or Franchise Development.
- Scaling Business: Proven track record in scaling business zones, driving revenue & market penetration.
- Network: Strong network with MSMEs, manufacturers, and exporters is a plus.
