Lead Digital Transformation Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Digital Transformation Strategist to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing regional strategies that drive digital growth and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with national objectives.
  • IDentify opportunities to enhance digital penetration across customer segments.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and manage teams of digital champions, team leaders, and support staff within assigned areas.
  • Promote a high-performance culture and ensure teams are aligned with digital growth objectives.
Customer Onboarding & Engagement:
  • Drive initiatives for onboarding customers onto digital platforms such as mobile banking, internet banking, and UPI.
  • Monitor onboarding performance and identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Training & Capability Building:
  • Organize training sessions for field teams and branch staff to improve knowledge and promotion of digital banking products.
  • Ensure teams are equipped with tools and knowledge to support customer onboarding and digital service usage.
Performance Management:
  • Track KPIs related to digital product usage, customer onboarding, and adoption success rates.
  • Generate reports and insights to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Work closely with branch heads, area officers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives.
  • Act as a bridge between regional leadership and ground-level teams.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
  • Champion a customer-centric approach to digital adoption efforts.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to implement improvements in digital user experience.
Educational Qualification:
  • A graduate degree in any discipline is mandatory.
  • A postgraduate degree in management or a related field is an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a digital banking or leadership role.
  • A proven track record of managing teams and executing regional initiatives.
