Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Commercial Officer, based in Ahmedabad. The Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for driving air business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing key accounts. The role includes strategic planning, business planning, budgeting, and overseeing all commercial activities to ensure the company meets its revenue goals. The Chief Commercial Officer will also collaborate with other executive team members to align commercial strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Business Planning and Strategic Planning skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Account Management
  • Competence in Budgeting for business operations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the workforce solutions industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
