Key Role:
The Quarry is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building enduring relationships with B2B partners, developing a continuous lead funnel through business development activities, and liaising with B2B partners to close deals.
Job Description:
In this role, you will engage with high net worth individuals (HNI) and ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNI) clients, understand their requirements, suggest the right natural stones, and close deals. You will also take full ownership of leads from the first touchpoint to closure, collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure client satisfaction, track and review actual sales results against set business targets, and analyze periodic reports to identify market trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- An uncompromising passion for customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle ad hoc work without compromise on quality
- Preferably prior experience in Luxury Sales or a related field
