Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager. The role is hybrid, based in Mumbai with some work from home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing growth strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role will require market research, preparing business plans, and organizing promotional events and activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing business strategies and identifying opportunities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
