Education Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Partnership Specialist to lead our efforts in expanding adoption of English language learning, Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN), and Teacher Coaching & Professional Development products in the Education sector.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in education partnerships, literacy programs, teacher training, or B2B/B2G education outreach to join our team.
  • You will be responsible for identifying potential clients and market segments, developing and executing strategies to increase sales revenue, and delivering presentations and demonstrations of our products.
  • Your excellent relationship-building, storytelling, and communication skills will help you build strong relationships with educational institutions, distributors, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect Identification: Identify potential clients and market segments for promoting and integrating our English learning language, literacy-numeracy and teacher coaching products.
  2. Sales Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and achieve targets.
  3. Sales Presentations: Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our products, effectively communicating their value to clients.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, distributors, and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Negotiation Skills: Negotiate and close business deals to promote sustained revenue.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
  7. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in education partnerships, literacy programs, teacher training, or B2B/B2G education outreach.
  • Strong Publisher network across pan India mandatory.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the Education industry.
  • Excellent relationship-building, storytelling, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and other business tools.
  • Willingness to explore new opportunities and expand the clientele.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Minimum 3+ years of working experience in a remote setup.
  • Immediate joiner.
  • Open to Travel as required.
