Educational Operations Specialist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Educational Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and activity providers across the city.

  • You will call and onboard schools onto our platform, explaining how it works and gathering accurate information about their classes.
  • You will verify class schedules, fees, and other details over phone and WhatsApp.
  • You will reach out to parents who submitted an inquiry, asking how their experience was, whether the school contacted them, and how we can help further.
  • You will maintain basic reports of your outreach and feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with strong spoken communication skills in English and Hindi. You should be friendly, empathetic, and confident over phone and WhatsApp. Additionally, you should be able to follow a process, use templates, and update basic records. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks is also essential.
