Education Leader Position

A dedicated and open-minded professional who is passionate about education and teamwork, with a focus on academic excellence and student success.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of how children learn, stay updated with academic changes, and possess a child-centered approach to education.

The Education Leader will work closely with the Principal as part of the school leadership team, overseeing the instructional programs of the Primary school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Academic Leadership: Supervise and lead the instructional programs, evaluating lesson plans and observing classes to promote diverse teaching strategies and materials.
  • Community Engagement: Conduct regular meetings with parents and guardians to foster effective communication and collaboration.
  • Communication Processes: Foster effective communication within the school community, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Student Focus: Cater to the academic, emotional, and social needs of students, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Organizing Workshops and Events: Develop creativity and collaboration among students through relevant workshops and events, promoting social skills and personal growth.

Requirements:

  • Masters in any subject (preferably English, Science, or Social Sciences).
  • Professional teaching degree from a recognized University (B Ed/MEd).
  • Proficiency in technology and language, including proficiency in educational software and platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience working with the CBSE board's policies and procedures.
  • Updated knowledge in teaching methodology, remediation planning, differential learning, curriculum review, student assessment, and more.
