Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex drafts for multiple stakeholders
  • Delivering high-quality proposals demonstrating in-depth understanding of the RFP life cycle
  • Ensuring cultural sensitivity and business acumen in proposal delivery

The successful candidate will have experience in pre-sales/bid management environments, preferably with a professional services background.

Additionally, they should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, exceptional customer service focus, and advanced business writing ability.

They should also have knowledge of sales lifecycle and content/proposal management tools, as well as demonstrated understanding of financial markets.
