We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our fundraising efforts, driving strategic growth and securing vital resources for our mission.

Job Description:

This senior-level role involves designing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy focused on securing institutional funding from CSR partners, philanthropic foundations, and high-net-worth individuals. Key responsibilities include identifying, prioritizing, and pursuing high-value funding opportunities aligned with our mission.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Fundraising Strategy: Develop and execute a robust fundraising strategy that drives results-oriented growth.
  • Donor Cultivation: Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing donors, ensuring their continued support and loyalty.
  • Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals, concept notes, and grant applications that effectively communicate our mission and impact.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in fundraising or institutional business development within the nonprofit or CSR ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success in raising and managing significant funding from CSR or philanthropic partners.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian CSR landscape and donor dynamics in education and development.
  • Exceptional proposal writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to build senior-level relationships and pitch persuasively.
  • Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
