Proposal Content Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Content Specialist to join our team. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in crafting high-quality proposals that meet the needs of our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop compliant and compelling proposal content by reviewing and interpreting federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders.
  • Collaborate with capture managers, business development, and technical experts to gather inputs and create well-structured proposals.
  • Manage the proposal development lifecycle, including reviews, deadlines, and final submission.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience writing proposals for US federal government contracts.
  • Strong understanding of the federal acquisition process (FAR/DFAR).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
