Job Title: Federal Contract Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Review and Compliance
  • Review federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments to ensure adherence to FAR and DFARS.
  • Identify and summarize applicable clauses and compliance obligations.
  • Support subcontractor due diligence and communicate required flow-down clauses.
  • Reporting and Documentation
  • Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for stakeholders.
  • Support U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP reporting).
  • Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.
  • Audit and Monitoring Support
  • Assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA).
  • Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance.
  • Proposal and Pre-Award Support
  • Review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clauses.
  • Prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams.

Collaborate with contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams to provide data and insights as requested.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field.

Experience: 1–3 years in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and U.S. federal contracting principles.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

This role requires a strong understanding of U.S. federal contracting principles and the ability to work independently in an offshore environment.
