Key Alliance Partnership Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic partnership professional to play a pivotal role in expanding our network and enhancing our solutions through key alliances. In this capacity, you will be responsible for nurturing existing relationships, forging new partnerships, and executing partnership strategies that align with our business objectives.

You will collaborate across departments, working closely with sales, product, marketing, and development teams to create a scalable and effective alliance model that delivers exceptional value to both our customers and partners. Your efforts will directly contribute to accelerating business growth, enhancing our market position, and driving customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and grow existing partner relationships, ensuring long-term value and collaboration.
  • Identify, engage, and negotiate new alliances that align with our strategic goals.
  • Develop a scalable framework for formalizing and managing alliances.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to define, implement, and monitor alliance strategies.
  • Take full ownership of alliance performance metrics and reporting.
  • Ensure alliances are executed effectively and consistently deliver on their value propositions to customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven track record in developing, negotiating, and closing high-impact alliances.
  • Experience in building alliance programs in a SaaS, Cloud, Quality Engineering, or AI/ML environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
