The Finance department plays a vital role in driving business growth and profitability.

Job Summary
  • This position involves partnering with commercial teams to drive franchise business, collaborating with partners on timely closure of commercial arrangements.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting contract execution, updates, and renewals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Key tasks include enabling accurate and timely invoicing and billing, monitoring overdue payments and following up with partners for payment collection.
  • Additional responsibilities include cross-verification of royalty calculations and other commercial terms in line with contracts.
  • The candidate will also be responsible for validating partner-reported data and highlighting discrepancies.
  • Other key duties include assisting with franchise partner account management, including payment reconciliation.
  • Responsibilities also include providing query responses and giving business context for timely resolution of queries.
  • The ideal candidate will prepare finance committee documents, such as Franchise BPM, and complete ad hoc reporting requirements.
  • Close collaboration with internal teams is necessary to ensure smooth operational execution.

Key skills required include business partnering, collaboration, and stakeholder management.

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

Excellent communication and analytical skills are also required.

A strong understanding of commercial agreements and financial analysis is necessary.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Additionally, the candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

A passion for finance and business development is desirable.
