Business Development Associate Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Associate Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing key relationships with external stakeholders, providing technical support, and leading business development efforts.

About the Role:
  • Manage make approvals and enlistments with various stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support and conduct lead generation, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Facilitate bid clarifications and analyze competitive product offerings.
  • Generate leads and collaborate with sales personnel to convert them into successful sales.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Business Development Associate Manager will also conduct factory visits and ensure make approvals for ongoing/upcoming projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and manage complex relationships.
  • Experience in business development and technical support.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
