- We generate leads from assigned banks through various channels available across Life Insurance and Health Insurance companies.
- Cross-selling of financial products is a key responsibility to bank customers.
- Our Relationship Managers drive customer business development and manage customer relationships.
- Employees are employed under the insurance company's payroll.
- The key tasks include scheduling appointments, assessing customers' financial needs for life-related investments and insurance requirements, recommending suitable products, gaining agreement to purchase and completing sales documentation accurately.
- Preference is given to candidates with experience in Life/Health/General Insurance.
- Our teams acquire customers using bank databases, walk-ins and generated prospects.
- Ensuring timely policy issuance involves coordinating medical reports.
- Relationship Managers also explore opportunities to develop new markets and segments aligned with our company's sales strategy.
- Additionally, we provide coaching support to other Relationship Managers and bank sales teams on products, services and selling skills; accompany them on client visits and demonstrate effective behavior.
- A minimum 1-year sales experience in any insurance channel is required.
- Eligible candidates come from insurance, banking, pharma, retail, telecom or other sales verticals.
- Insurance or BFSI experience is mandatory.
- Graduation is essential.
- Strong track records and employment stability are vital for success.
