Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify strategic initiatives and drive execution.
Analyze industry trends, real estate pricing, and demand-supply dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
Benchmark competition to assess positioning, pricing, and project performance.
Prepare feasibility studies and business cases for new land acquisitions, joint ventures, redevelopment projects, or expansion into new geographies.
Perform sensitivity analysis and ROI/IRR projections for proposed investments or developments.
Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and joint development opportunities.
Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and coordination with legal and technical teams.
Monitor and evaluate business performance across projects.
Create dashboards, KPIs, and MIS reports for senior management decision-making.
Support CEO/CXO presentations for Board Meetings, investor pitches, and external stakeholder engagements.
Coordinate with consultants, partners, and regulatory bodies for strategic initiatives.
