HR Business Partner

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to support the Human Resources department in managing various HR functions and initiatives that contribute to a positive workplace environment and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary training and resources to integrate smoothly into the organization.
- Employee Relations: Support employee engagement initiatives and resolve workplace issues.
- Payroll Assistance: Assist the payroll team in compiling the inputs from site coordinators on a monthly basis.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, HR databases, and filing systems. Prepare reports and presentations as needed for HR management.
- Policy Implementation: Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and understanding across the organization.
- HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in HR or related roles with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
