Job Summary:

The Administrative Services Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing all administrative functions and operations within the organization.

This dynamic position requires an individual who can handle multiple tasks, support business operations, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment processes include job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • New employee orientations and onboarding processes are conducted to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Administrative staff is overseen and coordinated to maintain efficient office functioning.
  • Payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management are managed and coordinated.
  • Office policies and procedures are developed and implemented.
  • Meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements are coordinated and scheduled.
  • Correspondence, filing systems, and record keeping are handled.
  • Administrative operations' budgeting and expense tracking are assisted with.
  • Employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations, are managed.
  • HR policies and procedures are developed and implemented in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations, are handled.
  • Office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance, are managed.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion is required.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail is necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and best practices in HR and administration is necessary.
