Corporate Hospitality and Office Services Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and enhance the hospitality and administrative functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate hospitality and office administration, with a proven track record of leadership and customer-centric approach.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors, as well as efficiently managing administrative processes to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

  1. Assist employees with travel requests, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
  2. Collaborate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other vendors to secure reservations and services as needed.
  3. Communicate travel itineraries, confirmations, and changes to employees in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate hospitality and office administration, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to hospitality management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to oversee multiple tasks effectively.
  • Budget management experience and financial acumen.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and hospitality management tools.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
  • Effective communication and team management skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address hospitality and administrative challenges.
