The position drives process improvements by motivating others to analyze, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software or system-related issues.
The Technical Support Lead will interact with customers via phone and internet-based communication, driving customer loyalty and providing leadership for evolving operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and drive supervisors and staff performance
- Improve team efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor operational activity (volumes, KPIs, corrective action reporting, performance plans, trends, etc.)
- Address customer satisfaction issues
- Coach and develop employees
- Participate in hiring new team members
- Perform HR administrative tasks
- Lead weekly staff meetings, conduct regular employee one-on-one sessions, and annual reviews
- Address performance management issues with employees
- Work with direct reports to understand and prioritize product issues
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in technical support
- 4+ years of supervisory or management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Salesforce experience required
- Previous CRM experience required
- Data-driven environment experience
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent change management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior trouble shooting and analytical skills
- Ability to lead and coach employees
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
