Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to deliver exceptional technical support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer issues, driving them to closure, and maintaining knowledge base by creating documents for new issues faced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer issues and drive them to closure
  • Be a technical expert in product upgrades and hotfix lifecycles
  • Effective troubleshooting and logical reasoning
  • Ability to handle escalated situations efficiently
  • Scale as an individual contributor quickly
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a team player
  • Maintain knowledge base by creating documents for new issues faced
  • Strive for automation through coding or influencing developers to build systems easy to run in production

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Linux (various distributions) and Windows Server environments
  • 3–4 years of experience in Networking, Security, and Certificate Management platforms
  • Strong background in managing, deploying, and applying hotfixes/patches for applications and web services
  • 2+ years of experience working with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management
  • Experience working with NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred)
  • Practical knowledge of shell scripting or Python for automation and troubleshooting
  • Experience in Cloud environments such as AWS and Azure
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for effective customer and stakeholder interaction
  • Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, RHEL, AWS, or Azure are preferred.
