Technical Support Specialist

We are revolutionizing the collections industry by harnessing the power of AI-driven technology.

This role combines technical support and sales, requiring a problem-solving mindset and ability to design creative workarounds.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with customers and explaining technical concepts in simple terms, possessing good communication skills in English (written and spoken).

The successful Technical Support & Sales Specialist will join our sales and customer success teams, working across presales and technical support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting sales by answering customer technical questions during product demos
  • Acting as a technical guide to help customers understand how they can achieve their goals
  • Designing creative solutions for customers, blending channels like SMS, email, and IVR when data is incomplete
  • Assisting with customer support by addressing technical product queries and guiding users through solutions

We are looking for someone with 1-4 years of experience in technical support, implementation, pre-sales, or software support. Additionally, we require a curious and proactive individual who can learn new software quickly and has experience with APIs, CRMs, or integrations. Working in the US Shift is also a requirement.
