Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
