Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled technical support specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our partners, ensuring exceptional service and quick resolution of technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to partner queries via email, live chat, or ticketing systems in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain strong First Response Time (FRT) and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Deliver timely, accurate, and empathetic support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with typing speeds of 70+ words per minute.
- Guide partners through the onboarding process and assist with dashboard integrations.
- Understand unique business use cases and deliver tailored support solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve escalations and improve the partner experience.
- Ensure clear documentation and structured handovers for ongoing cases.
- 2-4 years of experience in technical support roles, preferably in SaaS/B2B setups.
- Strong understanding of APIs, Webhooks, and third-party integration workflows.
- Proficiency with tools like Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Collaborate with a fast-growing platform serving businesses worldwide.
