Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to join our team at Oracle. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Java SE subscriptions to large enterprises in Northern and Western India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Java SE subscriptions to named enterprise customers, focusing on BFSI, Government, high-tech, and ISV sectors.
  • Manage the sales cycle from business development to solution presentation and final closure.
  • Accurately forecast opportunities and territory-level performance.
  • Sell to key contacts within customer organizations, from technical contacts to CIO-level decision-makers.
  • Leverage Oracle stakeholders who can influence buying decisions.
  • Develop solutions for customer problems within Oracle's processes and policies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience selling software licenses to large enterprises using strategic selling methodologies.
  • Excellent understanding of IT processes, security requirements, and decision-making processes of large enterprise customers.
  • Knowledge of software license management processes and hands-on experience with license compliance is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent knowledge of the IT environment in BFSI or High-Tech industries is preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and territory/account development.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle's sales policies and processes as well as decision-making processes.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, fast learner, and proactive problem-solver.
