Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Growth Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and positioning our software solutions effectively to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in West India.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and position Newgen's software solutions effectively.

Requirements:

  • MBA from an institute of repute.
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Prior sales experience in Lending / SaaS solutions in BFSI and enterprise sectors will be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of West India market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
