Cloud Sales Director for Western Region

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Sales Director to lead our team in the Western Region. With a strong background in IT sales and a proven track record of success, you will be responsible for identifying cloud and data center services opportunities in this region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Enterprise, SMB & Government Accounts sized projects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Advance and close sales opportunities through successful execution of the sales strategy and roadmap
  • Lead negotiations and overcome objections for deal closure
  • Prepare sales forecasts and meet order book and sales targets
  • Leverage and enhance partner relationships to drive additional value and revenue
  • Develop relationships with new customers and leverage existing relationships to drive sales strategy
  • Mange marketing, negotiation, finalizing orders etc to achieve budgeted sales and meet gross margin targets
  • Meet stakeholders like government bodies and large enterprises on regular intervals to explore potential business opportunities
  • Develops effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth
  • Actively understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field from a premiere institute
  • 8+ years of experience in IT Sales - Government Vertical selling cloud and data center services, public/private cloud services in western region
  • Results-oriented with solid understanding of cloud services like Azure/AWS/GCP, cloud firewalls, cloud data storage, cloud storage, data sharing related technologies
  • Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related applications
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Salary: Estimated salary range is ₹12-18 lakhs per annum based on location and industry standards.
