Role Overview

An Associate at Alight plays a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate information delivery to all participants. This position requires identifying process improvements, recommending solutions, and collaborating with Leads to resolve participant issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet client SLA's and PG's by understanding and contributing positively.
  • Maintain internal and client-defined quality scores.
  • Prioritize work efficiently and produce a significant volume of work within performance standards.
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-ups, adhering to SOP's.
  • Articulate complex client plans and provisions in a simplified manner.
  • Help identify issues, process delays, and quality problems, and recommend solutions.
  • Work with Leads to ensure delivery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Take ownership of self-learning and development.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines.
  • Practice logical reasoning and critical thinking.

Requirements:

  • University degree level education.
  • 2-5 years of experience.
  • Coordination, organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow processes and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Energetic and friendly telephone personality, with a positive attitude.
