Senior Marketing Director - B2B IT Services

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive growth in our B2B IT services vertical. This is a senior-level position focused on developing and executing impactful marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the end-to-end marketing strategy for B2B IT services, aligning marketing objectives with company-wide business goals to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Define and monitor KPIs across campaigns and continuously optimize for performance and ROI.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Craft clear value propositions and messaging frameworks for different service lines and target industries.
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (ABM, digital, email, webinars, content) to drive qualified leads.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing within an IT services/software development environment.
  • Strong foundation in strategic marketing, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies for tech services and solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to develop compelling messaging frameworks and content for a technical and business audience.
  • Demonstrated success in demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns.
