Strategic Accounts Business Leader

The role of a Cluster Account Director is pivotal in driving revenues and attaining market leadership in the large corporate segment in India.

To achieve this, you will be responsible for positioning Vodafone Idea as the preferred technology partner by leveraging thought leadership, industry insights, and design thinking.

This involves delivering profitable growth, ensuring VIL leadership in terms of CMS & RMS, and adopting a digital-first culture.

Key accountabilities include meeting overall budgets for assigned territory on a PAN-India level, leading CX/NPS in strategic accounts through multiple product penetration, winning complex sales, and adopting digital first culture.

You will engage with SA teams nationally to deliver revenue growth in India, ensuring sales process compliance norms and sales discipline.

In addition, you will develop national account managers and drive core competencies such as people management, communication, and decision-making skills.
