Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and maintain a network of real estate brokers in an allocated area, building strong partnerships with them. The ideal candidate will regularly visit channel partners, new and old, to establish influence over the network.

The selected candidate will ensure a continuous flow of customer database and leads through the help of channel partners. Quality leads and account management of existing channel partners will be guaranteed. Additionally, the individual will coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure channel partner satisfaction and follow up with internal team members to ensure action is taken on customer requests.

The successful candidate will download channel partners with the latest development and programs for them and end-users. They will also maintain the brand image of the company by adhering to appropriate codes of conduct.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduation or Similar qualification
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent sales skills with a knack for connecting with clients
  • Good listening skills to understand client requirements
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and follow-up skills
  • Highly motivated individual with target-driven mindset
  • Flexible work timings/schedule and availability
  • Strong relationship management and account management skills
  • Good working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business
