
Digital Growth Strategist

As an Optimization Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading high-impact projects that combine product management acumen, analytical expertise, and strategic leadership to deliver measurable results.
You'll work closely with clients, coordinate across teams, and ensure every initiative delivers on its promise - on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing insightful reports for leadership and client stakeholders.
- Reviewing analysis from junior analysts and presenting refined findings to clients.
- Coordinating internal teams, client teams, and technology partners for seamless project execution.
- Creating detailed project plans and tracking progress against agreed timelines and budgets.
- Managing changes to project scope, schedules, and costs with structured verification processes.
- Measuring project performance using analytics tools and optimization KPIs.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
- Delegating tasks effectively based on team members' strengths and experience.
- Tracking and analyzing project outcomes to meet both short- and long-term growth goals.
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members to elevate delivery quality.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years in analytics, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead role.
- Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (Omniture), or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with enhanced e Commerce setup and GA audits.
- Proficiency with A/B testing tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, or similar.
- Proven success in improving conversion rates for websites and digital platforms.
- Coding proficiency in R or Python for advanced data analysis.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong presentation skills for senior leadership audiences.
- Familiarity with digital and email marketing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
