Marketing Manager Job

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in security services and integrated facility management (IFM) industry. They will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns for security services & IFM
  • Identifying and targeting potential clients across corporate, industrial, retail, and residential sectors
  • Preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials aligned with client requirements
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Coordinating with the operations and business development teams for client acquisition and retention
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in the security services and/or IFM sector
  • Strong network within the security and IFM industry
  • Proven ability to develop marketing strategies that drive sales growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools
