Training and Development Manager Position

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering impactful and innovative training programs that empower teammates and leaders alike to reach their full potential. Your mission is to lead the design, development, and execution of site-wide and campaign-specific training initiatives that are both technically robust and deeply engaging.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation of dynamic and tailored product training materials that are both technically sound and engaging.
  • Craft compelling learning experiences that align with both campaign-specific goals and broader business objectives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance data.
  • Design and implement new testing tools, training systems, and learning methodologies to ensure the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Manager or Senior Manager in a call center environment, specializing in Product Training.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional training teams across multiple programs.
  • Strong background in curriculum development, learning strategies, and instructional design.
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to adapt and tailor training approaches based on audience needs and campaign dynamics.
