Business Development Representative

Achieving sales targets is a key responsibility in this role. To achieve this, you will need to acquire new customer relationships and maintain existing ones.

  • We are looking for a graduate from any discipline who can identify target areas for business growth.
  • You should be able to pre-screen customer segments according to the organization's norms.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure that the number of logs in aligns with disbursement.
  • We expect high customer satisfaction levels, which means you need to proactively understand customer needs and cross-sell multiple products as required.
  • You will also be responsible for executing sales promotion activities to build customer interest in our brand.
  • Building strong client relationships both internally and externally is crucial, along with establishing a strong brand identity with potential customers.
  • Vendor empanelment and developing relationships with new vendors are also part of this role.
  • Lastly, you will need to develop strong distribution channels and ensure compliance to all Audit/RBI regulations.
