Business Development Manager Job Description
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, execution, and collaboration with internal and client teams.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong task management abilities, and experience with documentation and communication tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic business initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, manage, and execute projects.
- Manage communication protocols, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Act as a bridge between client and internal teams to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor daily/weekly/monthly team tasks to ensure efficient team performance.
- Foster team collaboration and resolve operational or inter-team issues to maintain a positive team environment.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with documentation and communication tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors / masters degree, or related field.
- Experience working with IT/software development teams is preferred.
