Sr. Endpoint System Engineer

We are seeking a customer-driven, tech-savvy Sr. Endpoint System Engineer to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strategic guidance and resolving complex technical challenges for clients.
  • Offering tailored solutions using MDM, RMM, and Patch Management tools as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their IT infrastructure, device management needs, and security goals.
  • Troubleshooting product-related issues and working closely with engineering, product, and sales teams to implement effective resolutions.

Key qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically with MDM, RMM, or Patch Management tools.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, AirWatch, or JAMF.
  • Familiarity with tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or NinjaRMM.
  • A strong foundation in security protocols, endpoint protection, and IT infrastructure fundamentals.

A degree in BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent is required. Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications are advantageous. Experience with cloud security and advanced network security concepts is also highly valued.
