About the Role

Seeking a highly skilled Help Desk professional to support our IT systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert technical assistance and resolve software and system issues.
  • Implement and maintain various IT systems, including Windows Server and Linux OS.
  • Document all incidents, including problem details, solutions, user information, and completion times.
  • Ensure seamless operation of IT systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to provide exceptional help desk services.

Essential Skills:

  • Significant experience in a help desk environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server (all versions).
  • Microsoft Exchange expertise.
  • Knowledge of Linux OS.
  • Ability to provide remote support.
  • SQL skills.
  • In-depth understanding of computer networks (DHCP, DNS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Fortinet technology is desirable but not essential.
