Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled professional to provide exceptional technical support to clients, troubleshoot devices, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Offer end-to-end technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot devices and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with mobile phone carriers and other departments to resolve mobile service-related issues
- Adhere to established business rules and policies
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) meet day-to-day and month-to-month expectations
- Proficiency in Portuguese/Spanish and English
- Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
- Exceptional organizational skills with an appreciation for process and documentation
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Capacity to quickly learn how to troubleshoot devices and follow step-by-step instructions
