Job Opportunity: Oracle Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Oracle Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EBS R12 technical support, with experience handling inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data loading.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support for Oracle EBS R12 modules, including Order Management (OM) and Inventory (INV)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Oracle EBS layers
  • Manage issue resolutions and handle custom enhancements independently

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical support
  • Strong proficiency in SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports
  • Experience working with SCM modules
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate 3-4 real production ticket resolutions in OM and INV modules during the interview

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle APEX experience
  • Technical stack includes Oracle EBS R12, Oracle Forms & Reports, SQL / PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX
