Job Title: Freelance Oracle SOA Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant to provide integration and technical development services for Oracle E-Business Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Oracle SOA Suite integrations and EBS ISG Web Services.
  • Deliver synchronized, asynchronous, and bulk integrations using JSON/XML-based solutions.
  • Perform independent testing of integrations using SOAP/REST and structured methodologies.
  • Develop and customize RICE components using PL/SQL, APIs, and Unix shell scripts.
  • Work on Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Performance Management, Talent Management, OLMS, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Fast Formulas, Loans, Advanced Benefits).
  • Build and maintain interfaces integrating EBS HRMS with third-party systems, ensuring protocol compliance.
  • Support data migration activities ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Identify and map configurational data, navigation screens, and backend tables.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration/technical issues independently.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of technical experience in Oracle E-Business Suite with strong HRMS focus.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle SOA Suite and EBS ISG Web Services.
  • Strong hands-on skills in PL/SQL, APIs, RICE components, and Advanced SQL/PLSQL.
  • Extensive experience with integration protocols (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, FTP, SFTP).
  • Familiarity with HRMS data structures and backend navigation.
  • Expertise in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for interfaces.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with functional teams in a freelance setup.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of performance tuning for integrations.
  • Exposure to Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
  • Experience with cloud integrations.
